Structure and Configuration
● There are two frameworks of four columns and overall structure of this series hydraulic machine host for users to choose.
● “PC” control is applied in this machine, and the key control components are imported parts (pressure transmitter, pressure meter, PC machine, and time relay).
● High precision components such as proximity switches are used in machine positioning with the Key positions (such as powder height, forming height, etc.) of mechanical and electrical double positioning and the resetting accuracy of less than 0.02mm.
● The machine is equipped with an oil cooling system and an oil precision filtration system to ensure a stable and reliable operation of the machine.
● The machine adopts integrated block circuit to minimize pipe connection and basically prevent oil leakage and oil seepage.
● The enterprise can also be based on the special requirements of the user to reform the design, manufacture, and supporting mold, mold and other optional components of the design, manufacture, equipment and offer complete technical services such as equipment use, coaching and personnel training so as to complete “turnkey” project.
